14U, 16U, Junior Training Sessions:

This year we will be running two practices a month, one will be at Mizzou, the other at UCM.

University of Missouri Wrestling Room-Hearnes Center 4th Floor - Columbia, MO (Park in lot J Enter the Hearns on the west side, nearest the football stadium)
Sunday: March 8th, April 12th, May 10th, June 7th, July 5th (11:00am-1:00pm)

University of Central Missouri- Denker Wrestling Room-Warrensburg, MO
Sunday: March 29th, April 19th, May 24th, June 14th, June 28thth (11:00am-1:00pm)

Qualification Criteria:
• Open to any athlete who plans on competing for Team Missouri in the
14U, 16U, or Jr. National Dual Championships or National Tournament.
• Must have a USA Wrestling Athlete Membership, bring your membership card to be scanned.
• $5.00 cash (cover facility fee)
• Bring a water bottle.
